Qin earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University, where he excelled in courses such as California Civil Procedure, Mediation Theory and Practice, and Remedies, earning the prestigious CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Mediation Theory and Practice. He began his legal education at California Western School of Law, where he received the Justice Anthony Kennedy Scholarship (full-tuition for three years) and Academic Excellence Awards for the highest grades in Legal Skills I & II and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Before joining Oracle Law Firm, Qin honed his litigation skills as an Associate Attorney at Demidchik Law Firm P.C., where he handled pre-trial hearings, drafted a wide range of legal documents, and managed filings across various California Superior Courts. His earlier experience as an IP Paralegal at Dragon Intellectual Property Law Firm in Beijing further sharpened his research and analytical abilities.

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, Qin leverages his bilingual skills to connect with a diverse clientele. Outside of his legal practice, Qin enjoys applying his background in marketing and global business to stay informed on industry trends, ensuring a well-rounded perspective in his work.
