Dana Kang

Dana Kang is an Associate Attorney whose practice focuses on workers’ compensation. She represents injured workers throughout California in all phases of workers’ compensation litigation. Dana regularly appears before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board at status conferences, mandatory settlement conferences, expedited hearings, and trials. She advises clients on litigation strategy, exposure analysis, and settlement negotiations, delivering practical solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.

Before becoming an attorney, Dana gained several years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation, estate planning, probate, and corporate law. This diverse legal background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of case management and allows her to approach each matter with meticulous attention to detail and a practical perspective.

During law school, Dana served as a law clerk, where she conducted legal research, drafted briefs and memoranda, and assisted with matters involving arbitration and copyright issues. These experiences strengthened her analytical, writing, and advocacy skills and continue to inform her practice today.

Dana earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law after receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine. She is fluent in Korean, enabling her to effectively serve Korean-speaking clients and communities.
