Mr. Bobadilla primarily focuses his practice in state and federal labor and employment law representing employees. Mr. Bobadilla prosecutes individual and class action lawsuits alleging violations of wage and hour laws, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, Labor Code violations, and other related matters. Mr. Bobadilla has represented employees in state and federal court, in mediation, and before various governmental agencies including the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
Mr. Bobadilla received his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School. While at Whittier, he was an Editor for the Whittier Law Review, the Administrative Justice for the Whittier Moot Court Honors Board, and a recipient of a full tuition Dean’s Merit Scholarship. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable S. James Otero of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
